Initially thought up as a project where I could use a ColdFusion beta (I’d never even touched CFML), once the ColdFusion beta expired, it then became a project for me to learn PHP and mySQL… I then later went on to make a (throwaway) port of the site in order to learn .NET.
Initially thought up as a project where I could use a ColdFusion beta (I’d never even touched CFML), once the ColdFusion beta expired, it then became a project for me to learn PHP and mySQL… I then later went on to make a (throwaway) port of the site in order to learn .NET. 58hours is pretty much a project that exists solely as a learning platform for me, as well as a place where I can play around with large datasets.. all whilst doing so with an entertaining subject: Radiohead shows.
58hours developement has resulted in me learning the following (some items better than others):
58hours development has been discontinued, with my freetime resources now being devoted to randomhours. (a much more robust version)
